We have our own schools and a hospital in Ziway and Adami Tulu. Therefore, we need medical professionals, nurses and teachers in order to create a healthy environment for the community and our employees. By providing education to children, we give them a solid foundation for their future development.

I started working at Sher in 2013.
Please describe your career path
I joined the school as a teacher. I taught for three years. After that I got a promotion and became the Vice Director for the Elementary School.
Why do you like to work for Sher School?
It is an excellent school. It teaches about 6500 students free of charge, and feeding 1200 kids every day. That is something to be really proud of. And my salary is paid on time without any delay. So for this reason and many other reasons not listed, I am proud to work for Sher School.

We have very good teachers and facilities so I highly recommend others to join when there is a vacancy.

I started working as a nurse and later I was promoted to Health Officer.
Why do you like to work for Sher Hospital?
It is a nice and big hospital with many departments, good facilities and very nice colleagues. The Hospital really accommodates my profession.

Because of the many services we provide. Sher keeps investing in supplies and equipment. Compared to other hospitals this is exceptional. So yes, whenever there is a vacancy, I tell it to my friends.
