Please describe your career path
Right from the beginning I was employed as an IT technician and that’s the job I still have, although the IT-systems have become much more complex. That makes the job interesting.

Sher Ethiopia is a very big and international organization so I have lots of engagement with so many people and stakeholders.

I have learned so much since I joined Sher. And every day is different. We often have new projects. I like the responsibilities that they give me and the freedom to organise it by myself.

Please describe your career path
I started as a Breakdown Secretary. After this I became an Order Controller and later I worked as a Flower Quality Controller. Now I manage the overall grading activities in four lines(gradings).

My educational background and interest is in agriculture so I am really passionate to work for Sher Ethiopia.
